Educational Support Programme Policies

About our staff

At ESP we have dedicated staff qualified and experienced to deliver our education support programmes. We provide on going training and development for our staff to ensure they are empowered to effectively intervene today, for our studentís success tomorrow in schools and the community. All staff are subject to an enhanced CRB check before working with students

Diversity & Equal Opportunities

We value diversity, recognising everyone should have the opportunity to make the most of their different talents. We actively encourage diversity and good practice to maximize personal achievements and real benefits to individuals in the community.

At ESP we strive to ensure that all staff and students have equal opportunities, to feel safe and comfortable to contribute in an environment in which individuals are treated with respect and understanding regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, disability and social background.

Drug Policy

ESP operates a no drugs and no smoking policy across all our sites.
